Vertu Ti: World's Most Expensive Android Smartphone

Vertu which the world leader in luxury phones seems to have now moved to android market. with the release of their newest smartphone the vertu TI, it seems that the current demand for android smartphones has made it impossible for the company to ignore. Vertu previously made their phones powered by the Symbian operating system, but the Symbian is now a past tense in the smartphone world, having been overtaken by Windows and Android.

The new Ti runs which on Android 4.0 ice cream sandwich inside a clean and polished titanium case, scratch proof crystal sapphire screen with leather accents, goes for $10,500. This could probably buy you a new Hyundai accent car.

Although many people, me included, consider this price ridiculous it is somehow worth it considering what it offers. it comes with a 3.7 inches sapphire screen which is the largest in the market so far and resist impact up to four time better than the rest, which means a normal drop wont do anything to it. the titanium case is also said to be five times stronger that its competitors.

Other key specs include 1.7 Ghz processor, 8MP rear camera with auto focus and twin LED flash, 1.3MP front camera and 64GB internal memory.
