Microsoft's Green Data Center in Nairobi

Microsoft has set up an ITPAC data center for its new Nairobi office, the technology from Saiver which uses outside air for cooling has been proven to cut 80% of the cost of energy used for cooling servers.

The united nation has been very swift in acquiring cheap energy sources, and green IT is just one of the many ways they have used to reach its energy goals. there are also 6,000 square meters of solar panel, energy saving bulbs, natural ventilation systems and other cheap energy usage.
