Choosing the best online php program can quite challenging at times especially when you are considering both time and value of the program in terms of ranking.

I have done a bit of research and come up with a list that shows some of the best online Phd programs there are in the US and the world.

After looking at various rankings, I have decided to go with the Open Education Database (OEDb) one because i think it comes very close to the truth. I didnt say that other rankings aren't correct, in fact the OEDb have almost similar rankings like the other ones is just that its well compiled and listed.
