AccessKenya launches live chat services

The leading ISP in Kenya Accesskenya has started offering customer service through live chat as part of its  project to improve customer experience. The clients will now be able to chat with the company's representative for quick support. The service will improve on the currently used self-service call center and normal calls to the help desk.

The move comes after the company invested about 25 million to upgrade its customer service platforms which include the HEAT ticketing system offered by U.S based Frontrage systems.
